About Us Services Hours Directions Membership Disclaimer Search Site Connecticut Clearinghouse is the state’s premier library and resource center for information on mental health, substance use disorders, prevention and health promotion, treatment and recovery, wellness, and other related topics.  A program of Wheeler Clinic, Inc., the Clearinghouse is funded by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.  Resources and services are available to anyone who lives or works in the state. Connecticut Clearinghouse serves as the state’s Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource (RADAR) Network Center as designated by the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP).
