Connecticut Clearinghouse operates a specialized library of books, curricula, ebooks, DVDs, and other materials on topics relating to mental health, wellness, prevention, and substance use.
Connecticut families, teachers, students, professionals, and residents can borrow these materials at no cost. A free membership is required. Alternatively, our resources may be borrowed via interlibrary loan, or sent by mail. Our library materials may be found on finditct.org.
Note for libraries: our deliverIT Route is D-152, c/o Plainville Public Library. Please write "Connecticut Clearinghouse at Wheeler" in the Remarks on the slip.
Pamphlets, posters, and fact sheets are available for distribution from the library, and can be requested online.

We are open! Patrons are welcome to stop in to borrow books, curricula, DVDs, and pick up pamphlets & posters. . Our business hours are:
- Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
A drop box is available in the front of the building to return materials when the Clearinghouse is closed.
