Tobacco Merchant Resources

The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services' (DMHAS) Tobacco Prevention and Enforcement Program (TPEP) and Connecticut Clearinghouse have developed resources and materials to help retailers follow state and federal Tobacco 21 laws.

Tobacco 21 laws prohibit the sale of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes/ vapor products, to individuals under 21 years of age.
