> Public Act No. 24-54 requires business owners who sell ENDS products (e.g., electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor products) to take the online prevention training when they apply for their ENDS certificate of registration and each time they reapply for the registration.
> House Bill No. 5506 requires retailers to check the ID of each customer who buys tobacco products to make sure the customer is 21 years old or older.
> Public Act 19-13 prohibits the sale of tobacco products and e-cigarettes to persons under age 21.
